In earlier period, the training center concurrently managed the after-sales service project of China Railway Large Maintenance Machinery Co., Ltd. Kunming, realizing the integration of training and service. In recent years, with the growth of sales volume, the soaring work load of after-sales service has made the old mode no longer meet the requirements of the current situation. For this reason, China Railway Large Maintenance Machinery Co., Ltd. Kunming officially announced the formation of its sole-duty after-sales service team in October 2010, with the after-sales service pision of its Beijing Marketing Subsidiary in charge of overall planning and arrangement. At present, a strong sole-duty after-sales service team and office-duty personnel have been deployed to the battlefield of after-sales service pision. Among them, there is a back office force of 7 people, including one deputy general manager, one business executive and four salesmen. There are also 21 sole-duty service staff who are senior employees and formerly worked in production field, so they are well-experienced. Furthermore, the team is able to expand any time as required to ensure the demand for after-sales service is met.

Promises made by the after-sales service pision:

The first step is to primarily reach the goal of quick response; to furnish users with warm-hearted services; to do our utmost to meet customers’ demands; to follow the tracks of every service at any moment and to keep the communication with customers at all times.
